6.  Some of the pages are popping up blank or with error messages.  Is it me or is it you?

It's definitely us... blaming the browser you are using.  TheBestWayToExercise.com is best viewed via the Mozilla/Firefox web browser, and you can access the link at the top of our homepage.  We know there are some issues with Internet Explorer and Safari browsers and are doing our best to rectify the situation.  We appreciate your help notifying us of any missing or misaligned media; please let us know of any specific problems you may be experiencing by emailing us at: Workout@TheBestWayToExercise.com  

UPDATE: Internet Explorer is cooperating better for us now.  Thanks for being patient. :-)


5.  Do I get anything for signing up a friend on TheBestWayToExercise.com?

Like a free trip to Hawaii?  I don't know... perhaps in the future... but don't hold your breath. :-)  However, PLEASE refer every friend and acquaintance you can find.  We appreciate your (and their) business A LOT!!!  We are in the process of developing an "affiliate program," to give an incentive for people to sign up people.  Kind of makes the world go round, right?  Maybe we'll have a referral contest one of these days... the person with the most friends wins!!!


4.  Can I upgrade my membership from a monthly payment of $77 to an annual membership, which works out to be $64.75/mo.

I guess so?? I'm into the physical, not the fiscal.  :-)  I would suggest trying it and see what happens.  If it works, please let me know... so I can tell everyone that somebody actually liked my content enough to upgrade!!!


3.  How can I get some personalized attention through this website?

The "Full Contact Fitness" section on the left menu is the best way to get your questions answered.  "Question Authority" allows you to ask any question... and get a personalized answer by Doug and his team.  Since answers are posted for all to see, you may be redirected to a previously asked question on the same topic.  Please try to ask questions regarding information that you have not been able to fine somewhere else on TheBestWayToExercise.com.  "Lights-Camera-Action!" is designed to allow us to tweak your exercise training or technique from a distance.  Just video tape yourself, post a clip to YouTube.com (or another online video community) and send us an email with a link to the video.  We'll upload it, add some comments, and re-post it on our site publicly (just a warning)... for all to learn and benefit from.  We greatly appreciate your participation!! :-)


2.  Where is the weight loss section located on your website?

The weight loss section is located "everywhere."  Weight loss is a package deal.  Losing weight is based on Strength as much as it is on Stamina and Sustenance.  Even Stretching plays a little bit of a role.



1.  What's wrong with that guy's hair?


Great way to start... thanks a lot!  Nothing is wrong with it, but there probably will be very soon.  Try not to let it distract you.  Some people actually like my hair.  :-)
